The hotel has an excellent location, close to many restaurants. Made dining out very easy. I found the staff super friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Their assistance was valuable. The complimentary toiletries and the daily gifts left by the maids were a nice touch. Breakfast included varied options. I particularly enjoyed the hot food.

The noise from the metro was noticeable. I could hear it from my room on the third floor.

The staff was extraordinarily cute. Natasha greeted us with excellent service, and she listened attentively to our needs. Upon our return after exploring, our room featured a pleasant anniversary surprise. The hotel's central location also.

The breakfast area can get crowded, especially during peak hours.

the location was really convenient. it was centrally located with several restaurants close by. a staff member at the front desk, erwin, was kind and helpful. he booked a taxi for me since i had an early flight.

the noise from the metro downstairs was unbearable. i was on the third floor and i could hear and feel the floor moving. it occurred every three minutes from 6:00 to 23:59.
